IDELIX Software Inc. Appoints Bijan Sanii as President & CEO
Former head of Infowave Software Inc. to lead IDELIX

VANCOUVER, BC, February 26, 2002 — IDELIX Software Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Bijan Sanii as President and Chief Executive Officer. Sanii comes to IDELIX from Infowave Software Inc., a TSE-listed wireless software company, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Sanii will be taking over as CEO from company founder and visionary Dr. David Baar, who will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer to further advance IDELIX's technology leadership within the information visualization software space.

Sanii has a twenty-year history as a technology industry executive. He joined Infowave Software in 1997 as General Manager of the Imaging Division, and under his leadership, he successfully restructured the business and generated a record operating profit of 2.2M on revenues of $14.4 M in 1998. Sanii was appointed Infowave's Chief Operating Officer in October of 1998, and was responsible for inking strategic partnership agreements with Intel Corp, Compaq Computer Corporation, and other technology industry leaders. Before joining Infowave, Sanii was the Vice-President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing for INETCO Systems Limited. Prior to that, he founded Infomax Computers Ltd., which he grew to one of the largest independent VARs in British Columbia. Sanii currently serves on the Board of Directors for Infowave, NewMedia BC, BC Technology Social Venture Partners, Wireless Innovations Network BC (WINBC), and will be joining the Board of Directors at IDELIX.
