To maximize access speeds and data interaction, EagleView couples the benefits of JPIP data streaming with Pliable Display Technology (PDT), and makes it all available on one of today's most popular smart phones. A first responder or warfighter can quickly retrieve rich geospatial data over a low bandwidth connection. Applying a PDT "lens" to the retrieved data magnifies a selected area of the image for closer inspection while retaining the contextual overview of the entire image. Once identified, additional detail is made visible in the area bounded by the PDT lens. The results are reduced bandwidth requirements, less data clutter, faster access to relevant information, and more efficient and intuitive data analysis.
